About the Event
Four energetic saxophonists came to Amsterdam from all over the world, where they named their quartet Dokwerk and let off steam with all kinds of adventurous repertoire. For example, they chose Negarehaye Rangin by the Iranian composer and pianist and composer Ramin Amin Tafreshi, whose three-part work will soon return to Schiermonnikoog. Stephen Waarts and Isobel Warmelink then take you to the United States, where the originally Austrian violinist and absolute natural talent Fritz Kreisler overwhelmed the audience with the greatest of ease.
