The Dokwerk Saxophone Quartet presents a vibrant program of contemporary and classical works. Among them is Negarehaye Rangin (Colorful Impressions) by Ramin Amin Tafreshi — a piece that has journeyed across borders through performances by many ensembles, now finding its voice in Verona, the city of romance and drama. Inspired by Persian folk music from different regions of his homeland, Iran, the work weaves expressive melodies, vivid rhythms, and intimate narrations into a colorful piece.
