About the Event
Artist in Residence harpist Joost Willemze begins his residency in the historic concert hall Felix Meritis with a special program: on harp and percussion we hear music inspired by stories and tales. Mythical depictions by Debussy and the Fairy Tales of Mother Goose by Ravel alternate with Japanese music and adventurous compositions in which harp and percussion, played by percussionist Arjan Jongsma, enter into a dialogue with each other and with played tape.
