About the Event

Original music for saxophone. That is why this performance by the young Portuguese saxophone quartet Maat is all about. Trained by Arno Bornkamp at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, these four warm-blooded chamber music fanatics have remained "buddies" with the Netherlands forever. This resulted in places in the finals of the Grachten Festival Competition and Dutch Classical Talent. From Glazunov to Tafreshi they get all the colors of the rainbow from their saxes.
