Bassoon virtuoso Thomas Dulfer—who performs with many orchestras across the country, including the Maestro Orchestra—invites you into a captivating performance where music and heartbeats merge into an unforgettable experience.
Following the success of the first edition, Palpitations II takes the concept to a new level, dissolving the boundaries between genres.
At the heart of the program is the bassoon—an instrument familiar from the symphony orchestra, yet one that continually surprises when heard as a solo voice. In this performance, the audience experiences the bassoon both solo and as part of a one-of-a-kind bassoon ensemble.
